Refund policy

At The Lulu Edit, each arrangement is thoughtfully handcrafted and made to order using premium faux botanicals and carefully curated vessels.

Because every piece is custom designed, all sales are final.

For custom arrangements, a digital mockup or design photo will be provided for approval before your arrangement is completed. Once the mockup has been approved, the design is considered accepted and cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Variations in appearance due to lighting, room décor, personal preference, or placement within a home do not qualify for a return or refund once the approved design has been completed.

If your arrangement arrives damaged due to delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
